📩 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once it’s shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some oversized or fragile items may require special handling. If so, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
